Submission Guidelines

Original content only — not published elsewhere
Minimum 1,500 words for features; 1,000 for opinion
Nigerian and African football focus (but not exclusively)
Must include at least 2 named sources or data citations
British English preferred (or Nigerian English where culturally appropriate)
Include a 1-paragraph author bio with your name and Twitter handle
Attach any high-res images with credits — or we will source them
Allow 5–7 working days for editorial review

What We Don't Accept

Press releases or advertorial content (see Advertise)
AI-generated content without substantial human editing
Match reports from leagues we already cover in-house
Content that has appeared on another platform
Ghostwriting for brands or clubs
Content without a clear Nigerian or African football angle
